This was the first dish that someone else made for me that made me think that food could be an instrument of love.
I have changed the original name.
Please pronounce “Celerito” with a hard C so that it emphasizes not only the celery but the quickness with which you will feel loved.
Deep Lasagna Pan
Preheat Oven to 350
Double Handful of Kirkland Power Greens (Kale, Spinach, etc.)
A Handful of diced mushrooms
Two cans of peas, drained
Two cans of Cream of Celery soup
16-oz. sour cream
1.5 pounds of chicken, thawed
A box of rotini
A squirt of oil
A chunklet of butter
A splurp of minced garlic
Boil rotini in regulation pot or small pool
In a saucepan, saute garlic, oil, butter, mushrooms, and greens to a rich, meaty mash
Brown chicken in this mixture
Add soup!
Add sour cream!! Oh my God!!!
Pour and spread about a third of the soupy atrocity into lasagna pan
Add drained rotini and peas
Pour and mix in the rest of the soup
Cover pan and feed it to oven for 50 minutes
EAT.
